For some reason I decided it was suppose to come out to my older sister (lives away) via text at midnight. Just spent 2 hours back and forth, obviously didn’t do anything meaningful, but she was pretty understanding, albeit surprised.
She also offered to pick me up to see my Dad later this week (I don’t drive, and don’t really see him much - live with Mam).
I said ‘possibly‘, she then asked if I had plans, and said no, and she then basically ‘pushed’ my hand a bit and said, well I’ll pick you up then lol.
To be fair I haven’t seen either of them since covid, but to be honest, I’ve never had a major reason to do so.
And she’s basically suggested without saying it (I got her to clarify), that she thinks I need the space to talk in person, and potentially also come out to my dad.
I don’t see a reason to come out to them as they don’t live with me, but what harm could it do, and they might invite me more often and give me the option to ‘test’ clothes and stuff if I decidemto put off coming out athome? I have no idea.
P.S I told her I’d be living a double identity online for the last 3 years (been questioning for 4-5).
So yeah, feels surreal?
