Ok so for the first time I’m not asking a ton of questions.

I have quite a thick beard so getting laser is a high priority for me. I have been shaving a while but I simply have to get it gone for good.

There’s two main types of laser IPL and Nd:YAG Ipl stands for (intense pulse light) and Nd:YAG is (neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum)

I have had a patch test with both and without a doubt I would say that YAG is the least painful this is because it targets only the hairs root and source of food.

IPL uses the whole spectrum and warms the skin far more that YAG I would say YAG IS 10 time less painfull than IPL and ipl is just about bearable.

Everyone is different so recommend trying both yourself but try the YAG first and save yourself the time and hassle haha.
