I uploaded my bloods last week only now they are getting back to me I stated to lower my dose but on their email they said I requested to up the dose - and apparently they didn’t they my bloods I uploaded.

There’s no way to reply to the email to talk to anyone (I think they making you request a video call to get your questions answered)

At least pushing in that direction-

I have no way to tell them I’m having T prescribed from nhs.. I just uploaded the bloods again just in case I made an error but I’m sure I didn’t .

This new change is making it very difficult to communicate with them and get things sorted.

Maybe I had a lucky escape??
