3 months on waiting list for Cardiff gender clinic- appointment

I have been on waiting time for Cardiff gender clinic for three months- I had a call from them couple months ago saying my waiting time for charring cross would be used against my waiting time for Cardiff.. well I had letter from them sat saying they been trying contact me about first appointment. Call them today and scheduled 9nov at 2pm video call. They said the video call and face to face were the same. So I guess I’ll have to see what appointment I can get away with doing video.. as Cardiff is an hour away on train.. so excited 😆
