Hot flashes since starting T

I’ve been on half a pump of testogel for a month now and in the last few days I’ve started to notice more hot flashes and waking up all sweaty in the night. I struggle with temp regulation anyway (no one knows why) and I know it can be a side effect of T but is there anything that can ease it? I’m a bit worried it will get worse as I’ve not been on T that long and I really hate feeling too hot and it’s annoying waking up all sweaty. If anyone has any tips it would be greatly appreciated
