Trans Fem: HRT Questions

So I’m almost done with 1 year hrt. How much change should I expect in the second year?So far I’ve noticed:
- Slightly Softer skin
- Much lower sex drive
- No post orgasm dysphoria
- Slight Thinning of body hair
- slightly decreased testicular volume
- very few spontaneous erections
- Increased social maturity
- Reduction in brain fog
- Slight breast growth
In terms of overall looks, I look no less masculine than last year tbh.
Probs worth mentioning I started with a full dose, instead it tapering p.
