Am I the only autistic guy who thought "free nipple grafts" meant they were free?

Genuinely I just feel so disappointed because nowhere thinks to specify that it's the name of the procedure and not that it was a complimentary service to the main surgical procedure?? I'd only thought to save a specific amount of money for top surgery and now I have to save more because of this misunderstanding.
