NHS: How to get them to use correct sex in blood tests

I often have blood tests done by my GP and sometimes haematology. I have been on cross sex hormones for 8 months now and I’m within female range, so I feel it’s appropriate any future tests wether hormonal or not are using the female ranges not my assigned sex.
How can I request this? For reference, I have not changed my gender marker at the NHS as I don’t want the hassle of waiting months for it to process.
