Hi,

on feburary 21st I emailed Dr Hammond about my E levels because they are lower than they should be and never recieved a response, I then sent a follow up email on march 9th and recieved an auto reply saying he was on holiday until the 15th (over a week ago) and there's still been no response to either emails. My GPs can't do anything without him and this month and there's no info of other ways to contact him asides from emails.

Does anyone have any advice? is this a common issue with Dr Hammond since I've had this problem before when my prescription didn't get updated until a month and a half after it was supposed to be because his secretary went on holiday.
