A question for a transformice moderator: How do I apply to become a moderator?

I mean, I know if you ever want to become a moderator for anything, the #1 rule is DONT ASK. But here I dont really see how I can get noticed.
I mainly just want to become a mod so I can ban all the damn hackers that come into my rooms. (Aka 30, 100, and 70) [Also reddit, but there is no hope for reddit :3]
So basically: How did you become a moderator?
