First time ordering directly from Hasbro Pulse

So 2 days ago I got a big pay check and I spent a little on 2 figures I wanted for a while, and Im just curious if it’s normal for orders to take a long time to ship? I ordered Transformers Prime Hades Megatron and SS 38 Optimus Prime. Hades Megatron shipped immediately and gets here tomorrow, but SS 38 hasn’t even left the building after 2 days. Is that normal and it’s gonna ship soon or is it gonna take weeks/longer?
