I’ve written a few fan fictions and I’ve collected Masterpiece “Primes” as part of a 13 Primes display. Currently:

Megatronus - Masterpiece Last Knight Megatron The Arisen - Star Convoy Micronus Prime - Armada Prime Nexus Prime - Energon Prime Onyx Prime - Optimal Optimus (Primal Prime red colors)

Macadam, Vector Prime, and A3/Alpha Trion are all just represented by themselves in my collection - and in the very minimal scenes I’ve written for this idea.

And so on. I haven’t nailed down my stand ins for all 13 but I’ve always thought this idea had potential.

One, I kind of feel like Primes should look like Prime. I like that it gives a sort of in-universe explanation for certain super modes - or why Prime may reformat in the way that he does in different Universes.

I think it’s also an intriguing concept to align the continuities. No, maybe not every event takes place in one world, but they sort of converge like a root.

I also think Star Convoy being both a stand in for Prima, AND Prime’s sort of Goku-esque final form makes sense.

I also like the very Game of Throne-ish IDW approach. I’m not sure I have a story in mind yet, I just think the idea of Chaulk, Neil Kaplain, maybe Cullen if he’s up for it being in a sprawling epic where they all play a Prime, so it’s not like Far From Home, but it sort of scratches the same itch while telling a brand new story.
