A little help please

This is from a manipulated security cam. Video function was destroyed, audio isn't awesome. However, it is 2:45 minutes long. Things get interesting at about 55 seconds.
I was wonder if out of morbid curiousity someone will take a listen. Maybe give me an idea of what you think is being said. And what may be happening? I don't have a lot to work with, but I may consider paying someone. But this is not for profit, personal.
