I am into meditaton and yoga last few years occasionally.... 2 months ago i got panic attack and high anixety after drug using and during high stress life situation with pandemic where i had to move back to my parents home. I visited pshyitricst he put me on antidepressants. Since then i am doing intensive Transcendatal meditaton 2 times a day with cold shower, that helps me a lot.... Few days a go i saw Transcendatal union in my country with certificated teachers, today we got initial session and i liked how she explained everything. For further 4 session i supposed to pay 265 euro and be with that teacher 1-1. My question is , is it worth that money ? She told me on first visit i have to bring some fruits and flowers, is that normal procedure ? With all due respect i want this for health more than spiritual. Guy can you share your experience please Thanks a lot .
