What’s the difference between taking estrogen and taking HRT??

I know some ppl might be like, “tf, how could uu not know the difference”(I might be wrong on that), but anyway, I want to start transitioning soon and I’ve tried doing a lot of research, like aloooot of research, but idk if im missing something or whatevr it is, but if their is anything anyone can tell me to help me out with this then I would be soo unbelievablyy thankful <3
