I don't know many ways to do this and I'm probably going to google more bapit this, but I just wanted to see if maybe you people had any advice. I'm probably going to eather change my diet to imbalance my hormone to a estrogen dominance level. Oooor I'm going to go through aaall the side effects(cons) of taking HRT and see if my family has any special health weaknesses that could be threatened when taking HRT and how to fight all of the side effects. Also I'm only going to take a small amount if any.

The only effect from HRT that I am terrified of is the getting boobs part. But if I take HRT for maybe just 1-2 months maybe it won't be too big of a problem???
