Any tips on losing natural muscle?
Post Body

This is a weird conundrum, I'm MtF, Hrt march 2019 and I've always been especially muscular but never particularly strong at all, weak if anything. I don't weight train, I don't lift heavy things all too frequently although working retail I used to. My diet has never had more protein than the average american, and I'm a vegetarian now so Im eating less protein than ever. I didn't even have particularly healthy habits until very recently when I started taking care of a dog who simply cannot get enough of long walks (weight is starting to shed, if I'm lucky some of it will be muscle).

I should say that hormones are cutting down those muscles and I've noticed that my traps and upper arms are smaller but... I really don't wanna wait another 3 years to cut it down, and even then there's a decent chance I'll still be too muscular for my preference, its a big dysphoria issue for me and I think a bit of a dysmorphia one too to be completely honest. So I'd like to be careful since an immediate family member has had an exercise disorder and I've actually been doing so much quarantine stretching lately I pulled a hamstring. But I also know that the muscular build isn't a complete illusion on my part since everyone tells me my build is very athletic.

I know the answer is "see a dietician" and I'm looking into it but I'd like to see if there are places I can start, and ideally some more passive ways as to prevent any potential problems.
