Hello. I am a mtf preop transgender. I am biologically male. I live in a small country in the Caribbean. People aren't very open minded about it but also don't care as much. Thankfully I live in a good community with supportive friends. I am studying premed at university right now. I had been in the closet for so long until recently when I came out to most of the people I know and have received very positive responses. And so I have decided to start hormone therapy (hrt). But this country, officially doesn't support LGBT so I can't just walk into the nearest clinic and ask for a trans health doc. So I have been looking into self medication. I would really appreciate any advice you have and can give me. Apologies for my bad English as I am very nervous typing this up.
