Please write a bill effective Jan 1, 2021 (considering the delayed RealID requirement coming into force in 2021) that waives all fees for name gender changes (court filing & docs, vital records, DMV, etc.) in the future and retroactively refunds these fees paid all the way back to the effective date of SB-179, without proof of poverty being required.
