I think I may fully transition when I move

I'm closeted MtF (also still a teenager). I've come out to my mom already, but I haven't told my dad or younger sisters.
I just found out we are moving from my hometown in the coming months, and I am thinking I may come out soon and plan to fully transition once I leave. I'm going to a new state, so pretty far from everything I know. I may be moving to a state where my grandparents live, but none of my family is transphobic, so not too concerned about that.
