Ok so, I’m like 98% sure that I’m trans, MtF, but I still present very masculine as I’m not out of the closet to anyone except for like two close friends and my sister. I’ll be going to college within probably six months and never want to see anyone from this shit ass town again besides close friends. Could, or should, I just start on HRT before socially transitioning because I do not wanna deal with the shit that’s gonna come with it. I’d rather just start the HRT and continue it in college where I’ll be happier/not bullied. So what I’m really asking here is, is it possible, and a smart thing to do, to start taking estrogen before I actually transition? I’m about 6-8 months out from moving to college, specifically I’m going to a college in Canada coming from Minnesota.
