Just started Estrogen and I have some question for those with experience!

Hiii. I’m super excited today as I was just prescribed HRT!!!!!!
I’m obviously aware of a lot of things like side affects, but I also had some questions my doctor couldn’t answer to my satisfaction:
1: what milestones are noticeable at what time? Things like breasts, hair thinning, fat shifting, etc?
3: what is the best way I can manage my expectations?
4: what should I start doing exercise-wise in terms of how estrogen is gonna change my muscle tone?
