Hey everyone! I have always identified more as a woman since I could remember. As a kid, id throw on dresses and jewelry (in secret). I grew up in a conservative, southern Baptist house hold so I never got to explore that side. I don't know if I'm trans or not, or if I want to do HRT. My question is what are some "over the counter" or "DIY" tips for becoming more femme? Vitamins, supplements, diest exercises etc for trying to get move curvy, smooth, wider hips etc. There's a lot of propaganda out there and missinformation. I don't have a ton of people in my life I can talk to about that, so I thank everyone for any information they can send my way.
