Possibly the dumbest question ever butt...

How do you wipe your ass with long fake nails without breaking them off or stabbing yourself? I keep trying different approaches and they either don't get in there and clean things, or i catch my index nail funny and pop it off (this morning was a really nice gel extender i haven't replaced yet).
I feel so dumb for asking this, but i'm seriously stumped, esp since these aren't even crazy long. I think ab an inch past my fingertip. Help!!!!!
