Dysphoria connect to SH? Or am I just crazy??

I’m having a really hard time tonight managing my urges. I’ve been clean for a whole year and I’m really scared I’m gonna relapse.
But something I’ve noticed lately is how my urges are sometimes caused by my bodily dysphoria. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m probably overthinking everything as per usual, but I’m just freaking out right now.
Sorry if this is hard to understand or ranty?
