Help. I'm trying to buy breast forms.

Ladies, I have a question for you. I've been properly sized as a B Cup. I want to wear DD bras. Do I go for the DD Silicone inserts for my bras or do I go a different smaller size silicon breast form since I'm already a B? ?
Or am I overthinking this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
