Her levels estrogen

Hello everyone so I have been on Hrt for 4 1/2 months now and just got my blood work done. I started the first month on TEVA brand 2mg estrodiol and was taking 50mg Spironolactone however after a month I switched to 2mg two times a day of EPIC Estrodiol and then went up to 100mg Spironolactone and was on the EPIC brand Estrodiol for around 3 months and then switched back to TEVA bran about 2 weeks ago. With this my levels are at this level should I be worried about this? Iām worried
