Hello everyone.
I just wanted to make a post because I wanted to share this development with somebody.
So a little bit of background. Ever since I was in highschool I was passionate about LGBT rights, but I was at a loss as to what I could do as an individual.
In 2017 I made the decision to pursue a degree in psychology. Not only that but specialize in LGBT care. I'm now in my second year of my bachelor's degree, but that's not what I'm here to celebrate.
A few days ago I was voted on as a board member of a prominent trans organization here in the states. I'm so excited to actually be taking steps in actively bettering things for the LGBT community.
