Post Body

(I’m mtf) So for 2-3 months I was on a 0.1mg/d patch, changing every 3.5 days, and 100mg spiro daily. I got my blood work and I was at 320 ng/dL testosterone and 28.5 pg/mL estradiol. From what I could see online, these levels are pretty not great. Then I went on two patches at a time and 150mg spiro, and I just got my blood test back. 420 ng/dL testosterone, 35.4 pg/mL estradiol, and 0.73 mg/dL creatinine serum (0.76 before). These are really bad, right? I don’t understand what’s going on. I don’t want to keep doing these three month chunks only to see nothings happening. I originally started out doing 1mg of estradiol pill, I think it was once a day but maybe it was twice idk, and then I went up to 2mg and I felt really sick and I had to stop. I did my blood test right, I did it right after the patch should’ve finished working, I’ve been exactly calculating the 3.5 days to make sure I get it right. I don’t trust my clinic to fix this properly on their own so if anyone could please tell me what I should be advocating I would really appreciate it. I’m not even sure if I’m right about the levels being bad, the app says it’s healthy levels for male which sounds bad to me and the internet seems to think it’s bad, most posts where people say someone’s levels are bad have better levels than me, but I usually just try to trust my medical professionals. I see a Planned Parenthood location.
