So I started playing Persona 5 (a video game for those not in the know lol), and... I actually feel seen
Post Body

Okay okay yes I know that game is homophobic and not exactly kind to the LGBTQ community except for a few characters, but... this game actually made me feel seen.

Spoilers but not really to anything plot relevant.

One of the characters is named Lala Escargot. She is described as a crossdresser with a super manly sounding voice and even a little bit of a beard (a freshly shaven one), but everyone respects her. Everyone loves her and calls her, well, a her. She's treated like one of the girls and not one of the guys. She also is very much the antithesis of many anti-trans stereotypes. She doesn't hurt your character (who is underage), she actually goes as far as possible to protect you. She isn't creepy or weird, shes calm and nurturing. Again, going out of her way to protect you.

Idk, maybe I'm wrong, but... this actually sort of feels like good representation because she doesn't fit into stereotypes, she doesn't pass as a cis woman, her voice is masculine...and that's me. That's exactly me.

But if I'm wrong for this, please tell me lol.
