Any of you lovely ladies on E noticed an increased urinary frequency? I feel like I have to go all the time now. I have gone 5 times today and each time felt like I was about to burst. I am on E injections, Spiro and Progesterone. I do know Spiro is a diuretic and so will have that effect. And I did notice an increase when I first started my regimen back in January. But it seems to have skyrocketed in the last week or so, despite no change whatsoever to my dosage or liquid intake. I take the same dose I always have and drink basically the same amount/stuff I always do.

I know bathroom stuff is kinda taboo but I can't find any info anywhere, but it's definitely 100% sure not in my head. It's definitely happening I just can't figure out why, and I've not ever heard of this before from any "what to expect on hrt" articles and videos.
