Is there a way to make be fake silicone boobs look more realistic????

So I'm pre everything. Pre hormones pre surgery, all of that. Every single trans thing? Yeah I'm before that lol. XD
So I got these silicone boobs, and they feel realistic, but they don't look realistic. They're teardrop shaped, and if I look at them, I can see where the silicone ends and my skin begins (mind you, at a passing glance). Are there any ones that are realistic, or a way to make it look more realistic??? If so, I'd gladly love to know.
