New sweeping 'emergency' regulations from Missouri's attorney general Andrew Bailey makes the state the most restrictive in the nation on this subject. It will ban gender affirming care and hormone therapy for most adults, it requires 3 consecutive years of 'documented extreme dysphoria' 18 consecutive months of 'failed therapy or counseling' and as a bonus, if you have received a prior diagnosis of depression, you're automatically DQed even if you meet all those other criteria. And again we're talking about adults. Not the kids they keep crying about wanting to protect. Bailey's proposal would go into effect on April 27, 2023 and last until February 6, 2024.
They really can't just leave us alone can they? Smh.
