Today one of my coworkers sent me a screenshot of another coworker’s facebook post that was blatantly transphobic. i’ve had multiple problems with this person misgendering me saying “he looks like a she” and that my gender is an opinion. i’m expected to be the bigger person as i’m wanting to move up at the location and i’ve spoke with the management team about it once and they said they’d talk to him but it’s now clear he’s just a bad person who doesn’t want to change. my job try’s to make a point to inclusive and accepting but i feel like i have to bite my tongue and act as if he’s mot saying these things. i tread working with him because he’s constantly a problem and trying to get me in trouble.
