Quick question about dlc for tsw5

I’ve got TSW4 and TSW5. I am able to download the dlc from tsw4 into my tsw5 game. I saw a few folk saying i could download tsw2 and get access to the bakerloo line in tsw5. I downloaded tsw2 and cannot access the dlc in tsw5? Is there a way around this or will i need to purchase the bakerloo line seperately in tsw5? Cheers in advance!
