Bushnell cellucore 24 no videos, battery life, and cellular transfer

Just bought it a little over 24 hours ago and had it out for nearly 14 the batteries are already down 20% is this typical? Secondly I’ve got it in hybrid mode so that it will take videos. Got some action but no videos? The action was back to back enough it should’ve recorded vids. Finally does it not send all of the pictures to your phone or did I get a bad cam. I spent nearly thirty minutes or more walking the trail cam to make sure it was placed perfectly for my application and only ever got two pictures. Did I get a bad camera or just bad at using fancy trail cams? Before this I only ever had a 20 dollar trail cam.
