Anyone order from StockX?

Hi everyone!
I am on the hunt for a sealed box and found the one I want on StockX AND it is around $250 less than anywhere else. It is "StockX Verified" and "Sealed", but I am still wary since it seems too good to be true.
Anyone have any experience with the site?
