So, I grabbed a jar of the seasonal Trader Joeโs Autumn Harvest Soup and decided to give it a little glow-up!
I added a splash of heavy whipping cream, some chicken broth, and crumbled feta (because feta = life). Tossed in a handful of spinach for some greens and roasted Trader Joeโs pumpkin gnocchi and sweet apple chicken sausage on the side to mix in. (Shoutout to another redditor for the sheet pan recipe inspo last week!)
For seasoning, I went with a few dashes of pepper, garlic, onion, and a squeeze of lemon juice to brighten it up. A fall soup thatโs cozy, creamy, and perfect for sweater weather! ๐๐
If you like the soup, I highly recommend trying this recipe if you want to take it up a notch.
