I’ve been loving a weekly go-to lunch or dinner recipe made entirely with Trader Joe’s ingredients, and I’m curious to know what others are making. Looking for ideas!
My recipe includes chopped broccoli florets, chickpeas, feta, chopped salami, grape tomatoes, purple onion, arugula, chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds, dressed with balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. It’s perfect for a quick grab-and-go lunch or an easy dinner.
What are your favorite weekly lunch recipes using Trader Joe’s ingredients?
Wow this sounds incredible!
My go-to lunch is a Trader Joe’s handmade flour tortilla, broccoli slaw, garlic spread, butter lettuce, sliced mini sweet peppers, grilled chicken strips, sliced New Zealand Organic Cheddar. I typically will heat it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds or if I’m home on the stove top.

I need to try this combo! I always forget about the grape leaves.
