Hello all, so Iāve been with the company for just around 2 years and have been a full time team member for a few of those months but mostly a team leader. Now there are customers and employees I work with that is making it hard to leave, and my pay isnāt horrible for the area Iām in(plus convenience of proximity to the store). But I just donāt see it being worth it anymore, Iām not making the money I used to since this is the only company that hasnāt given back time and a half on Sundays let alone barely any holidays pay. Now I just want out after 2 years of bullying and basicly being treated like crap. Management has been a joke since I started we have not had an ASM. The SM just started working as much as heās supposed to but not happy about it. We are lucky if we have 1-2 people on freight/recovery. The turnover is insane except for the people who are part time/retired and even the part timers are dropping like flys. It seems thereās a huge push on DMs to cut payroll and other things and yet provide legendary service on the weekends with 2 employees in the store, 1 being me doing everything and a cashier constantly saying Iām sorry I wish I could help. Also I donāt want to leave cuz I do feel like my absence would make a huge void for sometime, mostly for the team members not having anyone reliable in management. And also I feel like on the weekends I keep the ship afloat and make miracles happen with little no staff or help.(Raising osat scores, getting plccs/power plus, crushing sales goal etc.) Iām also there every weekend for almost 2 years and feel like Iāve become a staple for the customers and a lot āHATEā other members of management or just donāt see them cuz they donāt work weekends. I donāt see myself progressing any further,(got passed up three times for ASM) only to have all those ASMs go on (need to prove myself power trips) and end up leaving or breaking down after 1-3 months. The only thing that could get me to stay would be a promotion that I know isnāt in the cards. Any advice?
