I'm about to buy a Compact Tractor for my 4 acres. I also want to do side work with it. What do you all charge for Bush Hogging, Snow Removal, Loader Services, etc?

I am looking at a Deere or Kubota 24 to 40 horse. I want to start doing side work that may breed in to full time work if its paying our bills. I know its all depending on the region, fuel used, land size and or job size. Just looking for rough ideas on what others are making offering this kind of service. Thanks!
