4x400 first running time
Post Body

My daughter runs the first leg of her HS 4x400 team. They start with a 500m stagger, (i.e. 1st runner, runs in lane, second running runs first 100 in lane, then they cut into the inside lane). I expect this is pretty standard meet practice

I have video from the race, and want to determine at what point on the track I should use to evaluate where my daughter finished her 400 (in order to get her time), taking into account the 500m stagger. I'm assuming it is past the start finish line, just not sure if there is a specific point on the track to use
