New T&F fan…what now? What’s the major international calendar & where can I find info?

Was blown away by the track and field coverage at the Olympics. Would like to follow the sport more, so I’m looking for info on how the sport is run. When is the next major international meet? I vaguely know of worlds and indoors but that’s about it. Are those annually, biannually? Long story short, I miss the Olympics 😭
