I just realized that the NC (no contact) with my toxic family is the best thing ever. Its very tiresome trying to satisfy their needs which I was literally down the drain. I also got a counselor for family regards for caregiver duties for dad. I do not need to abide by the 'family' rule since dad 'raised' us so we owe back.
If family rejects family counseling then it's lights out.
Hang in there all of you with your toxic family. Drawing boundaries is important otherwise we will be dead.
Try to enjoy today. I just bought some pinwheels from dollar tree to out outside on the lawn. ☺️
