Is there a guide to every Touhou media in canon?

I want to get into the games and the expanded universe, but I have zero idea where to start (aside from me throwing myself at Touhou 6 trying to get 1cc). I know that everything being canon is a meme, but I'm curious if there's some kind of guide for what to play/read/etc. in any particular order to keep up with everything. Any help is appreciated.
