Hello, everybody. This isn't a sorter thread, I'm just looking to do a quick poll about them. More specifically, it's a poll about the frequency.

When /u/roenjae was making the threads, he was trying to keep a consistent schedule (I think it was about 3 or 4 months) for the thread to be made. Unfortunately, somebody made one in the July before Touhou 16 came out, a month prior to when the next one was due, so he refused to make one as a result. I prodded him a few times to make it but he still didn't, so I went ahead and made it myself.

A few months later and I wound up making the long overdue sorter thread once again. I like to think I've taken up the mantle for this, unless he has any objections. But on that note, I'd like to ask: is the current frequency at which sorter threads are being made okay? Maybe we could lessen the span between them?

I've thought about it a bit and I think it'd be good to have them be more frequent. They tend to not get as many results as I'd like; maybe I'm just posting at the wrong time and lessening visibility (which isn't helped when nobody upvotes it hint hint wink wink), maybe a lot of people here just really don't give a shit about sorting characters. However, I know that some people have a schedule that they tend to adhere to in regards to sorters: some only do it once every few months, some do it once per year, some just kinda just do it after an arbitrary amount of time has passed and they feel like they might get different or more accurate results.

I think that the sorter threads may benefit if the frequency is upped a bit. It may mesh better with peoples' "sorter schedules," give another chance to anybody who may have missed the previous thread, and possibly some other benefits. This may result in less results posted per thread, but overall I think this may improve the output. What do you guys think?
