This is a followup to this thread. Several ideas were proposed within said thread, the following are the ones that the mods and I would like feedback on.

1. X found fanart post(s) per day per user. - A straightforward limitation on the number of fanart posts per day. Reasoning: Prevent Spam
2. X found fanart posts(s) posts per week per user. - Same as above, on a weekly basis. Applying both is not mutually exclusive. Reasoning: Prevent Spam.
3. Directly post the source for found fanart - Only direct links to the original source, be it Pixiv, DeviantArt, tumblr, etc. If the source cannot be found or no longer exists, it cannot be posted to the subreddit. Reasoning: provides active signal to creators/artists, who otherwise have no idea people like their work.
4. Only images created within the last X weeks can posted. - Only recent fanart can be posted to the subreddit. Anything older cannot be posted directly to the subreddit. Reasoning: new art is fresh for everyone, even those who have indeed seen a lot of old art.
5. Original art is exempt from all of these rules. - Reasoning: applying any of these restrictions on an already small set of posts.
6. Create a weekly/monthly found art megathread - None of these restrictions would apply barring maybe the existing NSFW rules. Reasoning: allow people to continue to post good art they find. Just a different venue to do so.
7. Self-post only - Self-explanatory. The subreddit stops allowing link posts entirely. Reasoning: Solves virtually every issue succinctly.
8. Merge other subreddits like /r/TouhouDev or /r/Gensokyo back into the main subreddit - This is a bit difficult. Getting all of the mods of the various subreddits to agree to a way to merge well is not an easy thing to do. Reasoning: encourage post diversity, decrease community fragmentation.

Each of these proposed rules are separate from each other. We would like your opinion on each individual one, irrespective of the state of the others.

Please provide substantial justification for your answers. - Those found with poor reasoning or inflamatory comments like "Stop being a nazi mod" will be tossed out.
