Where is the "Club Ibuki in Break All" flash file?

So I have been watching old Touhou IOSYS videos to keep the memes fresh, and I noticed that the quality hasn't really held up during the years.
So, I tracked down the flash files to watch them in their intended glory. I started to download them so I might encode them into 60fps high quality videos. However, I was looking for the Club Ibuki SWF file and I didn't see any trace of it anywhere.

Here where it should be found.

Is this flash lost to history? Are there other flash videos that haven't been archived that were also lost?
If anyone is archiving these flash files, let me know so I can get a copy too.
