Very hard Campaign is infact, very hard!

Started my first beastmen campaign as morghur and decided to give very hard campaign a try. God damn enemies can just pump out armies like nothing, I'm fighting clan skyre and they're fielding two armies for every one I kill! If it weren't for the beastman's ambush stance I would have gotten crushed by now. Is legendary even worse? How the hell do you guys do this regularly
