Anything I assign them to, they immediatly get negative traits. Most of my Generals and Family members are corrupt, incompetent at everything (oftentimes going into -5 territory of Mangement, Command or Influence, oftentimes all 3), lazy, easy to bribe, disliked by both the senate and the people etc. If there's a negative trait, I have at least 2 people who have the highest level of it. It's honestly a miracle this family has survived at all, although considering they reproduce like rabbits I guess they chose quantity over quality.

Is there a way to get good traits or is it all randomly generated and I just got the short end of the stick genetics wise?
